Graphing/imaging the algae bloom that overtook Toledo this past summer
doesn't address the cause of the algae bloom: over-use of agricultural
fertilizer and it's run-off into the Maumee River, it's tributaries and
into the shallow western basin of Lake Erie. The solution rests in
addressing agricultural fertilizer run-off and planting industrial hemp
is the solution. No! You cannot get high from smoking it.
