I also want to grow a green sustainable economy by bringing not only solar and wind energy to Nebraska, but I also want to get Hemp in our farm fields. We could power the whole United States demand for gasoline by growing Hemp for ethanol and bio-diesel.
A 100% Hemp fuel can be made to fit into our cars with no changes needed to our current vehicles. It's 100% clean burning, it also sustains and cleans the water table and cleans soils that are toxic with chemicals and even radiation. Not to sound like I'm going on about how great hemp is, but it can be made into paper and wood, we would never have to cut down another tree again. Just Hemp alone would make Nebraska's economy that much stronger. So many jobs will be created.
